For new investor, once you have studied all relevant information and decide to invest with us, you can proceed to open a fund account and make fund initial subscription with us directly at the Head Office of AIA Investment Management (Thailand) Limited.
Required Documents for Account Opening and Fund Initial Subscription
1. A valid National ID Card (not expired/ not a lost card)
*We shall not proceed with account opening in case the client’s national ID card is broken or damaged in the part containing relevant information (e.g., picture, client’s information).

5. Personal Data Protection Act Form (PDPA Form)
6. Subscription Form (for first-time fund subscription)
Required Supporting Documents
For Individual (Thai)
1. A valid National ID Card + the copy (certified as a true copy)
2. A copy of Bank Account Book (first page stating account owner's name and account number)
*the Bank Account’s name must be the same as the name on Application Form for Fund Account Opening
For Individual (Foreign)
1. A valid Passport + the copy (certified as a true copy)
2. A copy of Bank Account Book (first page stating account owner's name and account number)
*the Bank Account’s name must be the same as the name on Application Form for Fund Account Opening
3. Copy of Work Permit or VISA valid for at least 3 months and residential address document (if any)
For Juristic Person
1. A certified copy of the Certificate of Registration issued by Ministry of Commerce within 90 days after the issuance date + a certified true copy
2. A copy of National ID Card or Government Official ID Card or Passport of the Company's authorized persons (certified as a true copy)
3. A copy of House Registration, indicating ID number of the Company’s authorized persons (in case there is no ID number listed on the ID card) (certified true copy)
4. Copy of List of Shareholders (bor or jor 5) (certified true copy)
5. Board of Director minutes of meeting with a meeting resolution to approve the company’s account opening AIA Investment Management (Thailand) Limited (if any)
6. A copy of Bank Account Book (first page stating the juristic person’s name and account number)
*the Bank Account’s name must be the same as the name on Application Form for Fund Account Opening
**All documents must be certified true copy by the Company's authorized persons.
Money Transfer for Fund Initial Subscription
*Fund Account Opening must be made with fund initial subscription.
The transfer of payment for fund subscription shall be made on the same day to the following AIAIMT’s subscription account (listed in the below table). Then, the investor must send the proof of payment to the company via email (marketing.aiaimt@aia.com).

The investor can make fund subsequent subscription or switching-in order(s) at the Head Office of AIA Investment Management (Thailand) Limited. The investor shall schedule an appointment to meet with AIAIMT’s marketing representative on AIAIMT’s website prior to the meeting.
Subsequently, the transfer of payment for fund subscription shall be made on the same day to the following AIAIMT’s subscription accounts (listed in the below table). Then, the investor must send the proof of payment to the company via email (marketing.aiaimt@aia.com).

AIAIMT shall only transfer redemption proceeds to your bank account. To receive redemption proceeds and/or dividends to your bank account, please provide a copy of bankbook (with certified true copy).
